My cooking requires with few simple ingredients and almost no effort. Budget friendly and taste good! Hungarian Lecso: 1/2 tablespoon oil 1 pkg smoked turkey sliced (best with Gyulai smoked sausage) 1 hotlink (hot) sausage sliced 2 onions sliced 11-12 Hungarian yellow pepper cut to your taste 3-4 tomatos 1 tablespoon paprika 1/2-1 tablespoon Vegeta seasoning has no msg. 1/2 teaspoon black1 tablespoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon marjoram or omit ( I didn't use it, now I like it) 1/2 teaspoon salt if its need. First taste and add after. 1/2 tablespoon tomato paste if it need to make a little thicker. Please watch the video how to make it. If you forgot anything please come back and watch the video again.
