Grace Vlogs's video: Vegan Dinner A Movie: Under The Tuscan Sun

Hello everyone! I am back with a request for a dinner and a movie! This is also a good idea for a theme night! Be creative have fun. This is a budget friendly and economic way to show your spouse, family, and friends you wanna have some together time...so take it for what it is, run with it, make it your own. My concept for Pasta Sangria follows the idea of the sangria cocktail. Sangria's vary significantly. Sangria's can be red, white, pink or bubbly. Sangria's contain a medley of fruits and their juices...in this case I used vegetables, and vegetable juices, and a cocktail of white wine (pinot grigio) and vodka to make a white sangria into the sauce. Red would definitely be a richer taste. I feel the white is great for summer though! Try this with Sophie's Kitchen Vegan Shrimp if you want a lighter touch. Advised: Choose a dry white wine if you wish to go with white. Nothing to sweet, or oakey, or buttery for best taste. Chardonnay made in an oak barrel not advised for this recipe. If you desire to opt for red wine, I suggest a robust dry red like a cabernet sauvignon, or robust blended red. Stay away from Yellow Tail or table reds, as they tend to be too sweet for best results. All products are vegan to the best of my knowledge and research at time of filming. Thank you.
