I use to take advanced culinary classes in high school, and won several knowledge competitions state wide and nation wide, and was once featured on the food network representing California. In Culinary classes and catering off site work programs I was always assigned dessert or beverages! Why dessert? Simply, as the only then vegetarian, it was a great way to seperate me from the meat dishes, and allow me to shine... Yes. This product isn't from scratch. I found this cute new mix for those who don't understand the fundamentals of baking, but want to start giving it a go! Baking is a science. Everything needs to be exact...It can get even trickier if you've only baked with eggs. So, lets start from here. My channel is all about easing into veganism, and cooking as a whole. I do put pride in knowing those with the simplest of kitchens, or are new to veganism or vegetarianism can come here, and not feel out of place. So many vlogs offer amazing treats.
