The first decent "visual" aurora of the season was joined by some very bright airglow structures, at times almost as bright as the aurora itself. I'm not an airglow expert, but its definitely more common in the autumn from my experience. Taken between 2055 and 0355 UTC, 2nd/3rd September 2019, Chapel of Garioch, Aberdeenshire, Scotland Canon 2000d, Sigma 24mm lens, f2.8, ISO3200, 1500, 15 second exposures
