Samurai Flamenco is a relatively obscure anime about a hero fanatic trying to become a real life superhero in a realistic world setting! Like Mumen Rider from One Punch Man, he's a pure hearted cyclist for justice! Or.. well.. that's the first three to four episodes, at least.
