She rose to prominence following her win on the first season of The X Factor Philippines in 2012. She became known internationally when she joined Singer 2018, a singing competation being aired from Changsha City, Hunan, China by Hunan Television System. Though eliminated in the show, she returned and rejoined in the contest for a performance in the breakout round among eliminated singers but failed to join in the finale. She did a rendition of Freddie Aguilar's Anak in Filipino and Chinese languages.
