Today lets learn to make some super tasty Boli. This is south Indian recipe with sweet chickpeas filling. ►Ingredients All purpose flour - 1 cup Salt - 1 tsp Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp Ghee - 1 tsp Powdered Sugar - 3 tbsp + 1 cup Water Cardamom powder Chickpea - 1 cup ►Method 1. Make a dough with flour, salt, turmeric powder, sugar, ghee and water. 2. Cook chickpea and mash. 3. Roast it in pan with ghee and add sugar and cardamom. 4. Make balls when it is warm. 5. Take small portion of the dough and cover it on chickpea ball and roll it with rice flour. 6. Roast it on pan and serve hot.
