Čokoladna lipotica torta Sastojci: Biskvit: 6 jaja 250 g šećera ¼ žličice soli 300 ml mlijeka 300 ml ulja 1 žličica arome vanilije 420 g glatkog brašna 30 g nezaslađenog kakao praha 1,5 prašak za pecivo Krema: 400 g tamne čokolade 600 ml vrhnja za šlag Preljev: 200 ml čokoladnog mlijeka Priprema: Biskvit: 6 jaja, 250 g šećera i ¼ žličice soli miksajte električnim mikserom oko 3-4 minute. Smjesa treba postati svijetla i pjenasta. U to umiksajte 300 ml mlijeka, 300 ml ulja i 1 žličicu arome vanilije. Pomiješajte 420 g glatkog brašna, 30 g nezaslađenog kakao praha i 1,5 vrećicu praška za pecivo i dodajte u smjesu. To umiješajte pjenjačom. U kalup promjera 26 cm stavite papir za pečenje, izlijte smjesu i pecite 50 minuta u zagrijanoj pećnici na 180°c. Obavezno na kraju provjerite čačkalicom je li biskvit pečen. Čačkalica mora izaći suha. Ostavite biskvit da se ohladi (nekoliko sati, a najbolje preko noći). Krema: Za kremu pripremite ganache od tamne čokolade. 400 g tamne čokolade natrgajte na kockice (kako bi se lakše otopila u vrućem vrhnju). 600 ml vrhnja za šlag stavite na vatru. Čim se na rubovima vidi da će zakuhati, sklonite sa vatre i prelijte po pripremljenoj čokoladi. Ostavite 2-3 minute da se čokolada počne topiti. Miješajte dok se čokolada potpuno ne otopi i krema postane glatka i sjajna. Ostavite da se ohladi na sobnoj temperaturi pa onda stavite u hladnjak da se dobro ohladi i stisne (najbolje preko noći). Sutradan električnim mikserom na najjačoj brzini izmiksajte kremu. Slaganje: Dugačkim i oštrim nožem poravnajte biskvit ako je na sredini narastao. Prerežite ga vodoravno dva puta da dobijete tri jednake kore. Na tacnu za tortu stavite prvu koru. Poškropite ju čokoladnim mlijekom. Čim se čokoladno mlijeko upije nanesite ¼ kreme i poravnajte. Ovaj postupak ponovite još dva puta. Stranice torte također namažite kremom. Pomoću špatule ili žlice napravite jednostavne slasne čokoladne valove. Tortu stavite u hladnjak. Leave the biscuit to cool (4-5 hours, and best overnight). Cream: For cream, prepare ganache from dark chocolate. Pour 400 g of dark chocolate into cubes (to make it easier to dissolve in hot cream). 600 ml of heavy cream put on fire. As soon as you see it on the edges, it will bake, take off from the fire and pour over the prepared chocolate. Leave 2-3 minutes for chocolate to start to melt. Mix until the chocolate completely dissolves and the cream becomes smooth and shiny. Let it cool to room temperature and then put it in the refrigerator to cool well (best overnight). Next-day whipe the cream with electric mixer at the highest speed. With a long and sharp knife, straighten the biscuit if it has grown in the middle. Cut it twice horizontally to get three identical layer. Put the first layer on the cake table. Chop it with chocolate milk. As soon as the chocolate milk is absorbed, apply ¼ cream and straighten it. Repeat this procedure two more times. Grease around the cake. Use spatula or spoon to make simple sweet chocolate waves. Put the cake in the refrigerator. It must cool well before serving.
