Despite the law being with us and the fact we have licenses for our covers, we received a DMCA notice (copyright infringement) for our Kickstarter preorder campaign. We decided to not counter the DMCA, which means the Kickstarter campaign is cancelled and we created a new pre order campaign on Indiegogo. The reason we did so is because if we counter the DMCA, we’ll most likely have to bring the case in front of an international court : we don’t have time for that and we can’t afford it financially. People who backed our Kickstarter campaign got refunded. The new campaign on Indiegogo is already running, link can be found bellow, also in the description and comment section. The visual is different despite the fact that we were not attacked for the artwork.
