Thoughts such as, "your not doing enough", "you did a bad job, now you are really entitled to do this", "they don't really mean what they say, they are just being nice". Do you feel like you have little or no control over your life? The output is always the same, never better, because the input is the same. You know the saying "Garbage In, Garbage Out". Your thoughts work with the same principle. You may change the methodology, the place, the time, the deal, the car, and anything external that you may think of, but if you don't change your mind your life will keep the same. Control mind and thoughts and you control your life. If you want to have your life under control, you have to control your mind and your thoughts, because our thoughts are literally dancing around within 100 billion nerve cells and several trillions of synapses. It is impossible to control everything that is going on in our mind. To control your thoughts means to influence the way you live your life. Your mind controls 95% of your life, more specifically, your thoughts, affects your perception and therefore, your interpretation of reality. (And here's why your perception is your reality).
