Grubmasters's video: The Country Sando - an Amazing Breakfast Sandwich on the Blackstone

This has become my all time favorite egg sandwich! It's a little off beat, and I think that's why I love it. Johnny's Breakfast and Lunch is a small eatery in town that has this on their menu. They make it in a hard roll or as a wrap. Both are delicious. The way the sour cream, hashbrown, and onions play off each other, it just wow! We made this on the Blackstone, but it would work easily in a good size skillet too. Ingredients for one sando: - A nice roll, I used an onion roll here. - 2 Eggs - 4 slices of Deli Ham - 1 Hash Brown Patty - 1/4 of a Sliced Onion - Tablespoon of Sour Cream - Teasoon of butter - Pinch of Salt and Pepper - 2 Slices of American Cheese - Oil for the griddle Melt you butter in some oil, add onions and soften.
