Guam Chamorro sausage is spicy, vinegary, and red from achote. This Guam churisos recipe tastes much like the Marca El Rey Chorizos, the chorizos Espanot in the green can, or the green and white bag. If you are looking for an easy sausage recipe and the perfect compliment to rice and eggs, or rice and pancakes, this is it. Chamorro churisos makes for a good Chamorro breakfast, and is also yummy over alaguan, a rice and coconut milk porridge.
