Ingredients for Dal Fry :-
1/2 cup Tuvar dal (Pigeon pea)
2 Tbsp Urad dal (Black gram)
1pc Medium size Tomato
1+1/2 cup Water for Boiled Dal
1/2 tsp Haldi Powder (Turmeric)
Salt as taste
1 Tbsp Lemon juice
Water as required
1pc Small Size Chopped Onion
1 Tbsp Oil
1 tsp Jeeru (Cumin seeds)
1/2 tsp Green Chilli, Ginger Paste
1/2 tsp Coriander & Cumin Seeds Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masalo
1/4 tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
2 Tbsp Fine Chopped Coriander
Tadka For Dal Fry :-
Ingredients :-
1 Tbsp Desi Ghee
2 tsp Fine Chopped Garlic
8 to 10 Fresh Curry leaves
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
Ingredients for Jeera Rice :-
1 cup Basmati Rice
1 Tbsp Oil + 1 Tbsp Desi Ghee
1 tsp Jeeru (Cumin seeds)
2pc Dal chini (Cinnamon stick), 4pc Cloves, 1pc Star anise (Chakriphool)
Water as required
Salt as taste
Ingredients for Kobi Bataka nu Koru Shak :-
500gm Kobi (Cabbage)
1pc (150gm) Big size Potato
3 Tbsp Oil
1 tsp Rai (Mustard)
1/4 tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
1+1/2 tsp Green Chilli, Ginger, Garlic Paste
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Haldi Powder
Salt as taste
1pc Medium size Chopped Tomato
1 tsp Sugar (optional)
2 to 3 Tbsp Fine Chopped Coriander
