5 gm Dalchini ( Cinnamon Stick)
150 gm Aakhu Mithu (Karkach Salt)
100 gm Spicy Red Chili Powder
20 gm Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
2 Tbsp (15 gm) Haldi Powder (Turmeric)
1 Tbsp (8 gm) Hing (Asafoetida)
2 Tbsp Full (25 gm) Peanut oil
2 kg Rajapuri Keri
4 Tbsp Aaku Mithu (Karkach Salt)
1 Tbsp Haldi Powder (Turmeric)
2 kg Sugar / You can use 2 kg Gor (Jaggery) Instead of Sugar
