1+1/4 cup Biryani Rice
1/4 cup Vatana (Peas)
2 Tbsp Chopped Fansi (Green Beans)
1/2 cup Chopped Gajar (Carrot)
1/2 cup Chopped Kanda (Onion)
1/2 cup Chopped Capsicum
1/2 cup Chopped Bataka (Potato)
50 gm Fulawar (Cauliflower)
1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
1 Tbsp Desi Ghee
1 tsp Jeeru
1 pc Chakraphool (Star Anise)
1 pc Tej Patta (Bay Leaf)
1 tsp Ginger, Garlic Paste
1/2 tsp Green Chilli Paste
Biryani Masalo
1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1/2 cup Fresh Dahi (Curd)
Water as Required
Salt to Taste (2 tsp)
Step - 3
Gujarati Kadhi :-
1 cup Fresh Dahi (Curd)
1/4 tsp Green Chilli, Ginger, Garlic Paste
1/2 tsp Finely chopped Garlic
Salt to Taste (1+1/4)
2 Tbsp Besan
Water as Required
2 tsp Desi Ghee
1/2 tsp Jeeru
3 pc Laung (Cloves)
1 pc Tej Patta (Bay Leaf)
2 pc Dalchini (Cinnamon Stick)
2 pc Dried Red Chili
6 to 7 Fresh Curry Leaves
1/2 tsp Rai (Mustard)
2 Tbsp Sugar (optional)
Pinch of Methi Dana
1 Tbsp Fine Chopped Coriander
