Moong Dal Tadka and Tikkad :-

Ingredients for Moong Dal Tadka :-
1 cup Moong Dal
2 cup Lukewarm Water
Ingredients for Tikkad :-
2 pc small size Tameta (Tomato)
1 pc big size Kando (Onion)
2 cup Gahu no Lot (Wheat Flour)
1/4 cup Fine Chopped Coriander (Kothmir)
2 Tbsp Desi Ghee
Salt to Taste (1+1/4 tsp)
1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Haldi Powder (Turmeric)
1/4 tsp Garam Masalo
1 tsp Jeeru Powder
1/2 tsp Cooking Oil
Ingredients For Moong Dal :-
Soaked Moong Dal
1 cup Chopped Kanda (Onion)
4 Tbsp Cooking Oil
1/2 tsp Jeeru (Cumin Seeds)
1/4 tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
1/2 tsp Green Chili, Ginger, Garlic Paste
1 tsp Finely chopped Garlic
3/4 tsp Dhana Jeeru Powder
1/2 tsp Haldi Powder (Turmeric)
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
1+1/4 cup Water
Salt to Taste (1 tsp full)
1 Tbsp Desi Ghee for Tadka
1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder and
1/4 tsp Garam Masalo for Tadka
1 Tbsp Fine Chopped Coriander
1 pc 10” + 10” Cotton Cloth
1 cup Water
