Bhajiya Recipe :-
Preparation time :- 30 min.
Cooking time :- 30 min.
Surving :- 6 to 7
Ingredients :-
250 gm Bhopla / Fofa (Bhavnagri) Marcha
3 pc medium size Bataka (Potatoes)
5 pc medium size Kanda (Onion)
3+1 cup Besan
For Marcha Na Ring Bhajiya :-
1 tsp Grated Ginger
1/4 tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
Pinch of Haldi Powder
Salt to Taste (3/4 tsp)
1 tsp Lemon Juice
4 Tbsp Besan
For Crispy Kanda Bhajiya :-
Salt to Taste (1+1/2 tsp)
1/4 tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
1/4 tsp Haldi Powder
2 Tbsp Fine Chopped Coriander
2 tsp Fine Chopped Spicy Green Chili
6+2 Tbsp Besan
For Besan ni Kadhi Chatni :-
3 Tbsp Besan
1/4 tsp Green Chili Paste
1/4 tsp Haldi Powder
Salt to Taste (1+1/4 tsp)
Water as Required (3 cup)
2 tsp Cooking Oil for Tadka
1/2 tsp Rai (Mustard)
1/2 tsp Jeeru (Cumin Seeds)
1/4 tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
7 to 8 Fresh Curry Leaves
1+1/2 Tbsp Sugar
2 tsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Fine Chopped Coriander
Cooking Oil for Frying
1+1/2 cup Besan for Bataka Puri
2 Tbsp Fine Chopped Coriander
1/4 tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
1/4 tsp Haldi Powder
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
1 tsp Green Paste
Salt to Taste (1 tsp)
Water as Required
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
