For Daily New Shabad Gurbani Kirtan , Live Kirtan & Live Gurbani Subscribe Our YouTube Channel - www.youtube.com/amrittsaagar Amritt Saagar Presents Ragi - Bhai Harwinder Singh Ji Ratan Texas USA +1 (347) 553 1479 Album - Mero Sunder Kaho Mile Kit Gali Producer - Balbir Singh Bhatia Director - Karanpreet Singh Bhatia Audio & Video - Amritt Saagar Studio Record Label - Amritt Saagar * ਕਿਉ ਲੀਜੈ ਗਢੁ ਬੰਕਾ ਭਾਈ ॥ kiau leejai gadd ba(n)kaa bhaiee || How can the beautiful fortress be conquered, O Siblings of Destiny? ਹੇ ਭਾਈ! ਇਹ (ਸਰੀਰ-ਰੂਪ) ਪੱਕਾ ਕਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਕਾਬੂ ਕਰਨਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਔਖਾ ਹੈ । * ਦੋਵਰ ਕੋਟ ਅਰੁ ਤੇਵਰ ਖਾਈ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ dhovar koT ar tevar khaiee ||1|| rahaau || It has double walls and triple moats. ||1||Pause|| ਇਸ ਦੇ ਦੁਆਲੇ ਦੈ੍ਵਤ ਦੀ ਦੋਹਰੀ ਫ਼ਸੀਲ ਤੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਗੁਣਾਂ ਦੀ ਤੇਹਰੀ ਖਾਈ ਹੈ ।੧।ਰਹਾਉ। * ਪਾਂਚ ਪਚੀਸ ਮੋਹ ਮਦ ਮਤਸਰ ਆਡੀ ਪਰਬਲ ਮਾਇਆ ॥ paa(n)ch pachees moh madh matasar aaddee parabal maiaa || It is defended by the five elements, the twenty-five categories, attachment, pride, jealousy and the awesomely powerful Maya. ਬਲ ਵਾਲੀ ਮਾਇਆ ਦਾ ਆਸਰਾ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਪੰਜ ਕਾਮਾਦਿਕ, ਪੰਝੀ ਤੱਤ, ਮੋਹ, ਅਹੰਕਾਰ, ਈਰਖਾ (ਦੀ ਫ਼ੌਜ ਲੜਨ ਨੂੰ ਤਿਆਰ ਹੈ) । * ਜਨ ਗਰੀਬ ਕੋ ਜੋਰੁ ਨ ਪਹੁਚੈ ਕਹਾ ਕਰਉ ਰਘੁਰਾਇਆ ॥੧॥ jan gareeb ko jor na pahuchai kahaa karau raghuraiaa ||1|| The poor mortal being does not have the strength to conquer it; what should I do now, O Lord? ||1|| ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ! ਮੇਰੀ ਗ਼ਰੀਬ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਪੇਸ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਂਦੀ, (ਦੱਸ,) ਮੈਂ ਕੀਹ ਕਰਾਂ? ।੧। * ਕਾਮੁ ਕਿਵਾਰੀ ਦੁਖੁ ਸੁਖੁ ਦਰਵਾਨੀ ਪਾਪੁ ਪੁੰਨੁ ਦਰਵਾਜਾ ॥ kaam kivaaree dhukh sukh dharavaanee paap pu(n)n dharavaajaa || Sexual desire is the window, pain and pleasure are the gate-keepers, virtue and sin are the gates. ਕਾਮ (ਇਸ ਕਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ) ਬੂਹੇ ਦਾ ਮਾਲਕ ਹੈ, ਦੁਖ ਤੇ ਸੁਖ ਪਹਿਰੇਦਾਰ ਹਨ, ਪਾਪ ਤੇ ਪੁੰਨ (ਕਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ) ਦਰਵਾਜ਼ੇ ਹਨ, * ਕ੍ਰੋਧੁ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨੁ ਮਹਾ ਬਡ ਦੁੰਦਰ ਤਹ ਮਨੁ ਮਾਵਾਸੀ ਰਾਜਾ ॥੨॥ karodh pradhaan mahaa badd dhu(n)dhar teh man maavaasee raajaa ||2|| Anger is the great supreme commander, full of argument and strife, and the mind is the rebel king there. ||2|| ਬੜਾ ਲੜਾਕਾ ਕੋ੍ਰਧ (ਕਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦਾ) ਚੌਧਰੀ ਹੈ । ਅਜਿਹੇ ਕਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਵਿਚ ਮਨ ਰਾਜਾ ਆਕੀ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਬੈਠਾ ਹੈ ।੨। * ਸ੍ਵਾਦ ਸਨਾਹ ਟੋਪੁ ਮਮਤਾ ਕੋ ਕੁਬੁਧਿ ਕਮਾਨ ਚਢਾਈ ॥ savaiaadh sanaeh Top mamataa ko kubudh kamaan chaddaiee || Their armor is the pleasure of tastes and flavors, their helmets are worldly attachments; they take aim with their bows of corrupt intellect. (ਜੀਭ ਦੇ) ਚਸਕੇ (ਮਨ-ਰਾਜੇ ਨੇ) ਸੰਜੋਅ (ਪਹਿਨੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ), ਮਮਤਾ ਦਾ ਟੋਪ (ਪਾਇਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ), ਭੈੜੀ ਮੱਤ ਦੀ ਕਮਾਨ ਕੱਸੀ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ, * ਤਿਸਨਾ ਤੀਰ ਰਹੇ ਘਟ ਭੀਤਰਿ ਇਉ ਗਢੁ ਲੀਓ ਨ ਜਾਈ ॥੩॥ tisanaa teer rahe ghaT bheetar iau gadd leeo na jaiee ||3|| The greed that fills their hearts is the arrow; with these things, their fortress is impregnable. ||3|| ਤ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨਾ ਦੇ ਤੀਰ ਅੰਦਰ ਹੀ ਅੰਦਰ ਕੱਸੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ । ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕਿਲ੍ਹਾ (ਮੈਥੋਂ) ਜਿੱਤਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ।੩। * ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਪਲੀਤਾ ਸੁਰਤਿ ਹਵਾਈ ਗੋਲਾ ਗਿਆਨੁ ਚਲਾਇਆ ॥ prem paleetaa surat havaiee golaa giaan chalaiaa || But I have made divine love the fuse, and deep meditation the bomb; I have launched the rocket of spiritual wisdom. (ਪਰ ਜਦੋਂ ਮੈਂ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ-ਚਰਨਾਂ ਦੇ) ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਦਾ ਪਲੀਤਾ ਲਾਇਆ, (ਪ੍ਰਭੂ-ਚਰਨਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਜੁੜੀ) ਸੁਰਤ ਨੂੰ ਹਵਾਈ ਬਣਾਇਆ, (ਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ੇ) ਗਿਆਨ ਦਾ ਗੋਲਾ ਚਲਾਇਆ, * ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਅਗਨਿ ਸਹਜੇ ਪਰਜਾਲੀ ਏਕਹਿ ਚੋਟ ਸਿਝਾਇਆ ॥੪॥ braham agan sahaje parajaalee ekeh choT sijhaiaa ||4|| The fire of God is lit by intuition, and with one shot, the fortress is taken. ||4|| ਸਹਿਜ ਅਵਸਥਾ ਵਿਚ ਅੱਪੜ ਕੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਰੱਬੀ-ਜੋਤ ਜਗਾਈ, ਤਾਂ ਇੱਕੋ ਹੀ ਸੱਟ ਨਾਲ ਕਾਮਯਾਬੀ ਹੋ ਗਈ ।੪। * ਸਤੁ ਸੰਤੋਖੁ ਲੈ ਲਰਨੇ ਲਾਗਾ ਤੋਰੇ ਦੁਇ ਦਰਵਾਜਾ ॥ sat sa(n)tokh lai larane laagaa tore dhui dharavaajaa || Taking truth and contentment with me, I begin the battle and storm both the gates. ਸਤ ਤੇ ਸੰਤੋਖ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਮੈਂ (ਉਸ ਫ਼ੌਜ ਦੇ ਟਾਕਰੇ ਤੇ) ਲੜਨ ਲੱਗ ਪਿਆ, * ਸਾਧਸੰਗਤਿ ਅਰੁ ਗੁਰ ਕੀ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾ ਤੇ ਪਕਰਿਓ ਗਢ ਕੋ ਰਾਜਾ ॥੫॥ saadhasa(n)gat ar gur kee kirapaa te pakario gadd ko raajaa ||5|| In the Saadh Sangat, the Company of the Holy, and by Guru's Grace, I have captured the king of the fortress. ||5|| ਦੋਵੇਂ ਦਰਵਾਜ਼ੇ ਮੈਂ ਭੰਨ ਲਏ, ਸਤਿਗੁਰੂ ਤੇ ਸਤਸੰਗ ਦੀ ਮਿਹਰ ਨਾਲ ਮੈਂ ਕਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦਾ (ਆਕੀ) ਰਾਜਾ ਫੜ ਲਿਆ ।੫। * ਭਗਵਤ ਭੀਰਿ ਸਕਤਿ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਕੀ ਕਟੀ ਕਾਲ ਭੈ ਫਾਸੀ ॥ bhagavat bheer sakat simaran kee kaTee kaal bhai faasee || With the army of God's devotees, and Shakti, the power of meditation, I have snapped the noose of the fear of death. ਸਤਸੰਗ ਤੇ ਸਿਮਰਨ ਦੇ ਬਲ ਨਾਲ ਮੈਂ ਕਾਲ ਦੀ ਫਾਹੀ, ਦੁਨੀਆ ਦੇ ਡਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਫਾਹੀ, ਵੱਢ ਲਈ ਹੈ । * ਦਾਸੁ ਕਮੀਰੁ ਚੜਿੑਓ ਗੜੑ ਊਪਰਿ ਰਾਜੁ ਲੀਓ ਅਬਿਨਾਸੀ ॥੬॥੯॥੧੭॥ dhaas kameer chaRi(h)o gaR(h) uoopar raaj leeo abinaasee ||6||9||17|| Slave Kabeer has climbed to the top of the fortress; I have obtained the eternal, imperishable domain. ||6||9||17|| ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਦਾਸ ਕਬੀਰ ਹੁਣ ਕਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਉੱਪਰ ਚੜ੍ਹ ਬੈਠਾ ਹੈ (ਸਰੀਰ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਸ ਕਰ ਚੁਕਿਆ ਹੈ), ਤੇ ਕਦੇ ਨਾਹ ਨਾਸ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਆਤਮਕ ਬਾਦਸ਼ਾਹੀ ਲੈ ਚੁਕਾ ਹੈ ।੬।੯।੧੭।
