Gurudatta Panda's video: Kurmingia Waterfall Trekking Adventure Meet The Tribals Odisha

@Kurmingia Waterfall | Trekking , Adventure, Meet The Tribals | Odisha
In This episode finally, we are showing you the most unexplored waterfall of and that is . Kurmingia waterfall is exactly on the opposite side of the ghat which is the main ghat connecting Ganjam and Kandhamal district and hence the place is mostly full of dense forest cover. Don't try to visit here alone, you will be lost for sure. No phone network works here, no human is living here for long-distance, only some tribals can be found in the day time and that is depending upon your luck. If you are lucky, get their help and they will find the route for sure. No entry fees are there, but I feel it's worth donating something for this area's development to the tribal youths who have made the waterfall a little easy to access. WARNING - Unfit people, aged people, people with lounges related issues, heart disease, asthma should not visit here. It is not for you guys. You will not be able to tolerate the pain it takes. And I mean it. How To Reach - Google Map Link- Don't follow the link, Just Cross the Kalinga ghat, at Raipada Village after Kalinga village, take left towards Kurmingia. Ask anyone, everyone knows the village. Once you reach the village, before the village Public Health Center an abandoned Cell Tower is there, from there take left straight into the forest which can be accessed using bike only, cars will not be able to go beyond the village. Hence beware of that. The way to the waterfall top is quite difficult to find and explain, hence take the help of tribals or local people to guide you. Pay them if you can, to show you the path, believe me, it's worth it. If you can reach up to the top of the waterfall site, then it is another 1 KM trekking down the mountains to reach the waterfall site. Don't be a hero, get your trekking gear or you will injure yourself. Take some glucose, water, dry food with you. Best time - September - December. After Rainy season to Winter Season. In the summer season, water scarcity is an issue here. And in the Rainy season, it is way too dangerous to walk on stiff slopes full of mud, slippery stones. Enjoy.
