I know we can all relate to this message. People often judge us base off of what they see us post on our platform or pages. People in general think we are living our best lives not knowing that we can actually be hurting or going through things we are not posting or sharing. I like to process my emotions and feelings while going through the journey to understand whatever it is I am experiencing. The crazy thing is that as I was going through my journey of self doubts and downward spiral of emotions, most of my “friends” were no where to be found. I realize quickly that many people were only around when times were good for whatever it is they can gain from it. I saw who were real to me and I saw the truth in many people that claim they were besties with me. Having clarity and clear vision allow me to spend my time wisely and love myself and do what’s best for me. Moral of the story is to not assume we know what people are going through. Many of us are going through things and process our pain differently. I know my worth and I know who I am and so should all of us. Self love is beautiful
