This parameter accounts for 25% of the total score, assessing the candidate's ability to convey ideas effectively. It evaluates the flexibility in verbal and non-verbal explanations and encourages the use of diverse word classes. For higher band scores, showcasing natural usage of uncommon words is essential. However, repetitive language usage negatively impacts scores, revealing limitations in language skills. To overcome this, we explore various strategies. In speaking tests, incorporating idioms, phrasal verbs, informal linkers, collocations, and synonyms enhances performance. In writing tests, maintaining a formal tone, using collocations, formal linkers, and synonyms are key. Our video compares language types desired in speaking and writing tests. We provide synonyms for common words like "say," "important," "people," "big," "many," "information," and "benefits." We also offer alternatives for "drawbacks," "method," "agreement," "disagreement," "problem," and "solution." Remember, expanding your vocabulary is an ongoing process.
