Prepare your overnight oats in less than 15 minutes! It contains complex carbohydrates from oats, chia seeds and fast ones from agave and fruit. 15 minutes overnight oats will lighten up your mornings or serve as a healthy and tasty snack. You’ll need: • ½ of cup of oats • 1 cup of milk • 2 tsp of peanut butter • 1 tsp of chia seeds • 1 tsp of agave nectar • fruit of your choice • Zero chocolate syrup Directions: 1. Add ½ of cup of oats, 1 tsp of chia seeds and a cup of milk into your prefered cup. 2. Mix it! 3. Put it into microwave for 2 minutes. 4. Then add 1 tsp of agave nectar and 2 tsp of peanut butter. 5. Mix it again! 6. Add fruit of your choice 7. Enjoy!
