I was overwhelmed, shocked and delighted at the openness of the tone. ISET used a slightly less compressed signal, I’ve seen it advertised as a RAT clone, which it is not, but it is a killer,modern distortion. It seems with today's printed circuit boards being so easily manufactured and distributed..today's technology allows you to make a really useable, delicious sounding pedal that sells for under $20. I've heard pedals costing $100-150 that were too compressed,too warm, too tinny.. but ISET got it pretty darn nailed for next to nothing.
