Lose Weight | How To Lose Belly Fat | How to Lose Weight Fast If you are trying to lose weight and you are not making progress, then the tips given in this video will definitely help you. 1. Drink enough water Water is calorie-free and can help you burn more calories while curbing your appetite. Drinking enough water keeps your body fully hydrated. It helps flush out toxins and sodium that can cause bloating. Various studies have shown that drinking water naturally boosts your metabolism and may also help prevent long-term weight gain. 2. Avoid processed and junk food Avoid or limit the intake of highly processed foods that are packed with refined sugar, salt, and unhealthy fats. They will not only add pounds to your body but also increase your risk for serious health conditions such as heart disease and diabetes. 3. Adequate sleep and reduced stress Poor sleep and excess stress may create imbalance between several important appetite-regulating hormones. This in turn leads to overeating. Therefore, try sleeping for six to eight hours a day and manage your stress levels. 4. Eat fat burning foods Certain foods can boost your metabolism, which burns fat and increases your chances of weight loss. Fat burning foods includes apples, beans, ginger, oats and chillies. 5. Increase fibre intake Fibre helps to absorb water making you satiated; it produces energy and improves digestion. Beans are highly recommended for weight loss – it contains protein and includes fibre. To lose weight include fibre rich foods such as broccoli, oranges, carrots etc. 6. Walk If you are looking at weight loss, ideally you must go for a brisk walk for at least 45 minutes daily. But if you cannot do that, try walking half an hour in morning and evening.
