This HIIT School 9 exercise homework routine for lower body, upper body, and total body plyometrics is sure to kick anyone's butt in less than 10 minutes. The workout pattern will have students start with a lower body exercise, then move to an upper body exercise and following the mini set with a plyometric exercise. That pattern will continue for two more times to finish out a 9 exercise routine that targets the entire body in less than 10 minutes. Try it for 1, 2, or 3 rounds!
