This homework assignment's focus is Triple C's. Compound super sets, compound exercises, and core exercises. The pattern flow will follow and a, b, c, d scale and then repeat with different exercises inserted. Compound super sets - two exercises paired back to back that focus on similar movements but opposite muscle groups Compound exercises - a total body movement that has multiple major muscle and joint movements incorporated into the repetition. Squat + shoulder press = Squat to shoulder press Core - the "intermission" of the cycle. Used as an active recovery for upper and lower halves of body while core stabilization and strength gets sole focus. Exercise list: 1. Dumbbell over row 2. Dumbbell chest press on ground 3. Dumbbell squat to press 4. Full sit up with dumbbell 5. Dumbbell squats 6. Dumbbell deadlift 7. Burpee to shoulder press 8. Plank iso opposite arm leg extension 9. Push ups 10. Dumbbell renegade row 11. Dumbbell sumo squat to upright row 12. Out to ups 13. Dumbbell jump squats 14. Dumbbell lunges 15. Feet to hand floor jump Perform all exercises for 20 reps and cycle through the routine 2- 3 times as quickly as possible.
