You may have heard to bakers famous for baking delicious cakes but can you imagine being world famous for your cake icing skills? Meet Prachi Dhabal Deb from Maharashtra who has created edible masterpieces out of icing that have won her accolades. Based in Pune, Prachi fell in love with royal icing when she read a book about it and in 2015 underwent training under its greatest exponent. Upon completing 10 years of her baking career, she took on the mammoth task of creating a replica of the Milan Cathedral out of royal icing! Prachi holds 2 World Book Records for her magnificent creations and is also credited with creating a vegan version of royal icing.
