@AR Mayflower Docked Sequence Short (Video 2)

Simple, early Augmented Reality real-scene merging tests of a basic 3D model of the Mayflower (sourced from www.turbosquid.com) with coastal settings around Plymouth Hoe. Unity assets were used to simulate sail and flag behaviours, bow wave and stern wake effects and perceptual blurring with distance. Trials were conducted from viewpoints on Plymouth Hoe, near the Royal Citadel (Video 1), at West Hoe Pier (Video 2), and, later, at Western King Point/Firestone Bay (Video 3).
