HITRECORD's video: Recording Debaucherist vocals in the REC Room

I was really into this super weird and bizarre song "The Debaucherist" that the community's been collaborating on. The whole thing reminded me of a Ween song and I was really inspired to join in and add my own vocals. It had all started with an instrumental by a new guy on the site, ODAWG67, and then got remixed by C*A_Newman with lyrics all about this damaged space pirate character. Loved the lyrics and the character, so I decided to add in my own vocals. Thought it'd be interesting to document a bit of my particular process in remixing the records of ODAWG67 and C*A_Newman. It was especially great to have a solid instrumental and some excellent lyrics to base my own contribution off of. Those guys did some outstanding work, and it's cool to see others are collaborating with them so the song can evolve even further.
