On Monday, the Chief Minister issued guidelines for Lockdown 4.0, saying that the lockdown in the containment zone should be strictly followed, since there is a risk of corona spreading. However, other areas are exempted from this ban. Economic activities in areas other than the Containment Zone will be exempted.  Permission has been granted to open all shops in the state. Also, the operation of trains within the state has also been approved.
