As for our case against Milnna, the Thiruvananthapuram Commercial court has issued a stay order in our favor,” Milma chairman Shri K.S. Mani said today. Milma (Kerala Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation) had moved court against the brands Mahima and Milnna, which are being sold in sachets bearing close similarities with Milma’s cover design and name. The Chairman said strict legal action will be taken against any other brands, which are also found to be imitating its name and design. Consumers should not be deceived by fake brands that aim to tarnish the image of Milma, Shri Mani said. “People must buy the quality products of Milma, which is the major cooperative enterprise of dairy farmers in the state,” he added.
