Haawke's video: Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire Rock Medley Series - Part 1

@Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire Rock Medley Series - Part 1
Get the mp3(320kbps)! http://bit.ly/18TAZy0 Get the tab! http://bit.ly/1dgBC4e Hi everyone! Happy holiday season and all that! This is quite a special cover as it's what is hopefully the first part in a series of medleys around Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire. Both of us are Gen 3 kids (even if I did start with Gen 2), and we both hold the (incredible) music of these games very dear! So we decided to honour it with our biggest project ever! This first medley is based around the first areas of the game, ending in Petalburg City! Each medley will balance Route and Town themes, and end with a battle theme, in this case the Wild Battle theme! Ruby and Sapphire have a particularly good one in my opinion, full of energy. We tried some completely new stuff in this one too, including a Soundblox Multiwave Distortion pedal for rhythm guitar, a recorder and classical guitar! Hopefully they add to the quality of the medley. The idea on the whole for this one was to keep it very short and snappy, with tight transitions, and we think we succeeded with that. Let us know what you think :D Tracklist: 0:00 Title Theme 0:50 Littleroot Town 1:51 Route 101 2:38 Petalburg City 3:41 Wild Battle Theme Enjoy! All the music in this medley was composed by Go Ichinose, Jun'ichi Masuda and Mori'ichi Aoki. Things we used: Bass: Fender Standard Jazz MIM Guitar: Fender Telecaster FMT HH Classical Guitar: Pablo Mendes 3/4 Scale Recorder: Some shitty budget not-even-Yamaha thing Keyboard: Yamaha MM6 Bass Amp: Roland Bass Micro Cube RX Guitar Amp: Marshall MG100 Interface: Focusrite Scarlett 2i4 Microphone: Shure PG-27 USB Camera: Canon EOS M Guitar Pedals: ProCo RAT2, TC Electronic Hall of Fame Reverb, Source Audio Soundblox Multiwave Distortion All synths and sound effects from the soundbanks of the Yamaha MM6.
