The philosophy behind Mensho is farm-to-table, with great care and attention given to where all of their ingredients are sourced and how they make each dish. The noodles are made on-site using three different types of wheat for the perfect texture! While the A5 wagyu ribeye slabs that top the noodles are from Kagoshima, notable for the fine marbling which makes for a tender bite. Be warned, you will be salivating by the end of the video!
