Please subscribe and give this video a thumbs up if you like the video and don’t forget to hit the bell for notifications to know each time I upload a video Cooking Ingredients: 8 cups of water 2 cinnamon sticks 6 star anise 1 ¼ cup of white jasmine rice ½ cup of sugar ½ teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of nutmeg 1 tablespoon of butter 1 can or 1 cup of evaporated milk 1 tablespoon of vanilla Directions: 1. On high heat, add the salt, cinnamon sticks and star anise to the water and wait for it to boil. 2. Next, wash the rice and add to the boiling water 3. After 30 minutes has passed, check to see if the water is almost evaporated and add 2 more cups of water 4. After 15 minutes has passed, you can add the sugar, evaporated milk , vanilla, nutmeg and vanilla. 5. After you have added all of the ingredients, you will now put the heat on medium low and let it simmer for 10 more minutes. After that enjoy !!!!
