Hi Everyone, Welcome back to my channel!!! and in today's video, I will be showing you how to make Haitian Beet & Potato Salad aka Salade Betteraves PLEASE MAKE SURE TO WATCH IN 1080P OR 720P !!! Please subscribe and give this video a thumbs up if you like the video Ingredients: 1 cup of boiled carrots 2 Cups of boiled beets 3 cups of boiled potatoes Half slice white onion 1/2 cup of red & green bell peppers 1 packet of Goya handful of Celery 1 1/2 tablespoon of Garlic Powder 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper 1 cup of Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil Directions: Step 1: Make sure you peel the beets, carrots and potatoes before boiling them in a pot. MAKE SURE EACH OF VEGETABLES HAVE THEIR OWN SEPERATE LIMIT OF BOILING IN THE WATER. Step 2: After your vegetables are done boiling, put them to the side for it to cool down before you start dicing them to make your salad. Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix thoroughly. Add a bit of olive oil Step 4: Place in refrigerator and serve cold and enjoy Thanks for watching!!
