Please subscribe and give this video a thumbs up if you like the video and don’t forget to hit the bell for notifications to know each time I upload a video Ingredients: 1 ½ Cups of water 2 cups of peanuts 1 cup of cashews (optional) 2 cups of brown sugar 2 tablespoons of grated ginger 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder 1 cup of evaporated milk (optional) Pinch of salt Directions: 1.On Medium high heat, add the water, sugar, milk, ginger, and cinnamon and mix well. After 5 minutes has passed, add the peanuts and/or cashews. 2. After the peanuts start to evaporate, add the vanilla extract and wait for the consistency to be a bit thick. 3. On a medium baking pan, spray the pan with either butter or cooking spray to prevent the peanuts from sticking to the pan. 4. Let it cool down and flip it over and BON APPETIT !!!!!
