Ingredients: 2 lbs ground beef meat 2 tablespoon of Sofrito 2 tablespoons of chopped onions 1 1/2 tablespoons of orange pepper Half teaspoon of thyme 3 cloves of garlic 1 hot pepper 1 packet of Goya seasoning 1 tablespoon of onion powder 1 tablespoon of lime juice 1 egg yolk Half cup of milk 2 slice of bread (with crusts cut off) White enriched flour Directions: Please Note! Add 1 tbsp. of lime juice to meat before cooking to clean the meat 1 In a large bowl add ground beef, peppers, onions, garlic, sofrito, dry spices as well as the breaded milk and mix making sure to incorporate each ingredient very well. 2 When well combined, roll into golf ball sized meatballs. Lightly coat each meatball with flour then fry in oil in a medium size pan on medium heat for 6 minutes or cook until evenly browned. 3 Drain meatballs on plate lined with a paper towel
