Hi Everyone, Welcome back to my channel!!! and in today's video, I will be showing you how to make Haitian Fried Chicken PLEASE MAKE SURE TO WATCH IN 1080P OR 720P !!! Please subscribe and give this video a thumbs up if you like the video Ingredients: 4 pounds of chicken wings & thighs Apple cider vinegar 2 limes lime juice 1 tsp of black pepper 1 tbs of garlic powder Badia Complete Seasoning Onion Powder Garlic Powder 1 tbs of Garlic Salt 1 1/2 Goya packet Hot Sauce (optional) 2 eggs 2 tablespoons of milk vegetable oil all purpose flour corn starch Directions: Step 1: Make sure you boil some water for the chicken. Step 2: While the water is boiling,make sure to wash the chicken with lime and vinegar 3 times. Make sure you rub the lime against the chicken so it can penetrate it after completing this step. After that make sure you rinse off the lime and vinegar with cold water and add lime juice and vinegar so the chicken can have better flavor. Step 3: Once the water has been boiling over 10 minutes on medium high heat, you will pour the hot water over the chicken to kill any remaining bacteria from the chicken and let it sit for 10 minutes. Step 4: After 10 minutes, you will then remove the water and pat the chicken dry with paper towels so when you include the seasoning ingredients, it can stick better to the chicken. You will then add lemon juice, black pepper, garlic salt, badia, hot sauce and 1 1/2 Goya packet. Step 5: You will then start preparing the flour to start frying the chicken. You will add black pepper, garlic salt, badia, garlic powder & onion powder to the flour. Step 6: You will then crack 2 eggs and add 2 tablespoons of milk and mix it together. Make sure to remove the white part of the egg yolk so that way it won’t have that egg smell on your chicken. Step 7: After the chicken has been marinated for 30 minutes, you will then add the marinated/seasoned chicken to the egg mixture and lightly dip so it covers both sides of the chicken and cover the flour on top of the chicken and let the flour stick to the chicken for at least 10 minutes. Step 8: On medium high heat, deep fry the chicken for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Step 9: Let it cool down and enjoy your chicken :)
