Please subscribe and give this video a thumbs up if you like the video and don’t forget to hit the bell for notifications to know each time I upload a video Ingredients: 6 cups of water 1 tablespoon of salt 1 green plaintain 1 tablespoon of lemon juice Directions: Step 1: place pot with water on medium high heat and add salt and lemon juice Step 2: cut the end pieces of the plaintain and make 3 slits under the skin. Wash the plaintain and add to the water in the pot Step 3: let the plaintain boil for 30 minutes and remove the skin when it’s ready or lifting Step 4: pour cold water into the pot and let it cool down After that enjoy 😊
