Please subscribe and give this video a thumbs up if you like the video and don’t forget to hit the bell for notifications to know each time I upload a video Cleaning Ingredients: 1 whole lime Seasoning Ingredients: 1 pound of frozen salmon 1 tablespoon of Sofrito 1 tablespoon of Badia Complete Seasoning 1 teaspoon of regular salt ½ of black pepper 2 tablespoons of lime juice 1 tablespoon of minced garlic ½ teaspoon of dry oregano Pinch of hot pepper flakes 2 tablespoon of parsley 3 tablespoons of melter butter Half peppers and half onion Directions: 1. Wash the salmon with the whole lime cut in half. (PLEASE WASH THE SALMON TWICE AND DO A FINAL COLD WATER RINSE.) 2. Add your seasoning ingredients and let it marinate in the SALMON for 30 minutes. 3. After 30 minutes has passed, place the aluminum foil on top of the baking pan and add the salmon 4. Add the melted butter, Half peppers and half onion and parsley 5. Pre-heat the oven t0 375 degrees and place the salmon in the stove with the foil covering the salmon and let it bake for 45 minutes. 6. After the 45 minutes has passes, check the salmon to see if it is cooked properly. The best way to know is if the salmon comes out flaky sort if like a pastry. 7. After that enjoy !!!!
