I show four recent cross stitch finishes, all my current cross stitch WIPs (Works in Progess), and some old Christmas finishes. And some Dinky Dyes Midnight, and some Glorianna In The Navy. --ModernFolkEmbroidery.com, 2020 SAL--I am using "Missus Sedas" silk hank (she has an Etsy Store) called "SuperNova". And Belle Soie silk "granny smith" for the center tree section. --"Gingerbread House" by Mill Hill. A beaded ornament kit. --"The Gift of Peace" by FriendStitch (FriendStitch retreat collaboration from Bent Creek and Heart in Hand) WIPs: --"The New Normal" by Long Dog Samplers. 1 over 2 on 40ct white linen. Sulky 12 wt thread: 1173, 1332, 1188, 1115, 1232, 1047, 0169, 1190, 1229, 1270. --Pandemic by Long Dog Samplers. 1 strand of Sulky 12 wt cotton on 36 ct off white linen. I am using 3 (or 4) "king spools" of "Cactus" blendable (4086) and 2 petite spools of "Turquoise" solid color (1095). Using one strand of DMC 520 and 3810 for the backstitching. And using Sulky 1271 (dark green) for the border. I ordered my floss from Sulky.com. --Kringles by Little House Needleworks. 2 over 2 on 32 Ct "Stormy Night", with the called for Overdyed Cotton floss. --"Huckleberry Farm" by The Blue Flower. On 40 ct Silkweaver "Elegance" that I ran through the washer a few times with Clorox 2 and "Oxiclean White Revive". With overdyed cottons from my stash. --Lost No More by Dimensions. Kit fabric and threads. Artwork by Greg Olsen. --"Sky Blue Street" by Sodastitch. On 36 ct white linen, called for DMC. Originally started as 1 over 2. Going to switch to 2 over 2, and go back and stitch with 1 strand over the parts already done with 1 strand. --"Beachcomber" by Carolyn Manning Designs. On 25 ct off white evenweave, 1 over 1 with the called for DMC floss. --"Churchyard Christmas" by Praiseworthy Stitches. 2 over 2 on 32 ct "Mirage" linen by Picture this Plus. Using the called for Overdyed cotton flosses, some are GAST and some WDW. --"Bump N. D'Night Farm" by Praiseworthy Stitches. 1 over 2 on 40 ct Creekstone linen by Silkweaver. Called for overdyed cotton floss. --"R-Kade" by Long Dog Samplers. 1 over 2 on 40 ct linen Conifer by Picture This Plus. Silks from Silks4U.
