Cheesy Skillet Chicken Rice Ingredient: 1. Chicken drumstick - 2 2. Broccoli 3. Cheese slice - 2 slices 4. Butter - 1tsp 5. Cayenne pepper - 1tsp 6. Mix herbs - 1/2tsp 7. Salt 8. Black pepper Method: 1. Cook broccoli till fork tender 5-7 minutes. 2. Pan fried chicken drumstick until cooked about 20 minutes. 3. At the same pan, melt butter, add cooked rice, chicken and broccoli. Cover for 3 minutes with low heat. 4.
