By entering, you certify that you meet all eligibility requirements, including but not limited to the fact that you do not have any of the following agreements in effect (written or oral): •any agreement limiting the use of your name, voice and/or likeness; •any contractual arrangement that would prohibit you from fully participating in any Sponsor promotion or release; or •any other contractual arrangement that would require the payment of fees to any third party for the use of your voice, appearance, or services, or any audio or visual recordings or representations thereof in any media. The Contest begins on December 14, 2019 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), and ends on January 20, 2020 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”). During the Contest Period, complete each of the following steps: 1.Visit Happybirthdaycalvin – Still-did-it and listen to “Still Did It” by the HappyBirthdayCalvin (“Calvin”). 2.Make your own verse for “Still Did It” and create a new version of “Still Did It” with your verse (“Song”). 3.Upload the Song to SoundCloud with the hashtag “ ” in the caption. You must include the hashtag at the beginning of the caption. Limit one (1) submission per person/SoundCloud account. All eligible Songs during the Contest Period will be evaluated by judges using the following criteria to select one (1) winner: Creativity and Originality; Expression and Representation of the theme in “Still Did It”; and Production Quality. Judges’ decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Contest. Grand Prize: One (1) is available, consisting of the following items: •$1,000 check. •Opportunity to collaborate with Calvin on a new song (“Collaboration”).
