Recognising the need for skill development and entrepreneurship, TEMA India has collaborated with Maharashtra State Skill Development Society. With the support of Palghar District Skill Development Committee and Palghar District Skill, Employment and Career Guidance Centre, TEMA India is raising the social and economic status of tribal youth by imparting them new skills. Students from remote areas, particularly tribal, who are school or college dropouts, are being chosen for the training. On completion, they get employed in various industries. This training increases their confidence levels and prepares them for the challenging job market. We are sharing some of our success stories here. Other students need to take inspiration, seize the initiative and be the change for the new India. With ongoing ground effort and an increasing number of success stories, more and more youth are getting to know how to improve their quality of life and of their family too.
