Take Lemon Juice, glass of water about 200-250ml with sufficient salt. After squeezing the Lemon Juice in empty glass, add sufficient salt and then stir it properly until the salt dissolve properly. Drink this liquid in 7-8 parts in such a way that every time you sip it in your mouth 5-6 times and take it down. You will get relief from headache within 15-20 minutes. It is benefit to your mouth sores also. Another remedy for headache, squeeze the pressure point between your index finger & thumb. It will help you or you need to a nice warm shower and listen to your favorite music. Headache will slowly vanish. For regular headache while going to bed apply suitable oil in your temple and sleep, In the morning also apply it but don't wipe it. Simple Home Remedy Tips: 1. Drink a glass of hot spiced tea, few prefer black tea. 2. Get a cold rag and lay it across your forehead and/or eyes, after that lie down with a rag on your forehead and/or eyes in a dark area.
