You will be able to talk at least for 5 minutes, you will be particular about the position you applied for. Remember the interviewer name and the designation, collect information about the company policies , procedures and work culture. Look at the annual report of the company, gather information as much as possible. Before Interview Tips 2. List out the questions that you could ask the interviewer about their company. Actively participate in the interview gives you good impression and level of interest. Don't ask silly questions in the interview. 3. Ask the questions that will reflect your interest in the company like "what are the future plans in next couple of years. Ask about your future growth about you in the company, it shows how interest you are. Interviewer may tell about the project you are going to work on and what domain it is, tools that are going to you, etc., 4. If you have a friend who is also preparing for the interview it's better to prepare both together. Discuss about the subject, share your thoughts to your friend.
