Maybe to get back at the dude in some way, or maybe just bc she feels broken at this point. Regardless, it's not explicitly stated but it appears to me as if she's having an overdose on some kind of medication. It sounds really morbid i do admit but with how scary and dream-like the video is, that Idea makes just a little sense to me.
