Haunt Jaunts's video: The Last Stall on the Left: The Case of the Captain Cook Hotel s Possessive Potty Poltergeist

There is a stall in the women's restroom on the lower level of the Captain Cook Hotel in Anchorage, Alaska, that is bolted shut because it is permanently occupied. Why? By who? Well, because of a ghost --a possessive potty poltergeist. Women who have experienced the paranormal activity in the restroom have reported things like spotting an apparition of a woman dressed in white, feeling uneasy, feeling watched, feeling sick, lights turning on and off, stall walls shaking, and even their ankles being grabbed --from behind. Is it the ghost of a young woman thought to have killed herself in that bathroom in the early 70s? No one knows for sure, but for whatever reason, the ghost is possessive of that last stall on the left. In an effort to calm the ghost and not alarm guests, management decided to arrange for the stall to be permanently occupied by bolting it shut. I didn't have any experiences during my visit to the bathroom, but of course I had to get a peek inside the last stall on the left. I was surprised by what I saw in the toilet bowl. I'm assuming it was toilet cleaner, but it made me think of Slimer...
