HeadStart Blackpool's video: I Get Anxiety Too

We are a group of young people who are launching a campaign to raise awareness around mental health stigma and bullying and we want you to be part of it! We know from experience that many people are bullied and discriminated against inside and outside of school, for many different reasons and we think its time to do something about it - because we all suffer from time to time! The above video is something we created as a representation of what anxiety is to us and how it affects us in our day to day lives.
