Gushaini is a beautiful hill station lies at an elevation of 5000 ft above sea level in Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh, India. The whole area of Tirthan valley comes under the Seraj forest region and is very near to the famous Great Himalayan National Park, which is also recognized as the world heritage site by UNESCO. Gushaini is 550 km from Delhi and 270 km away from Chandigarh. You can reach Gushaini or Tirthan valley via Manali highway till Pandoh and Aut then via Larji and Banjar. The other way is through Shimla, Narkanda highway and then via Sainj, Jalori Pass, Shoja, Jibhi and Banjar. Tirthan valley is an off beat destination away from the crowd of Manali and Manikarn. In Tirthan valley you can explore the village of Gushaini, Jibhi, Shoja, Sainj, Banjar, Nagini, Sharchi, Bathad, Pekhri, Rolla, Sai Ropa and Gadgushaini village. You can come to Tirthan valley and Gushaini in every season and enjoy the beauty of fast flowing Tirthan river. Tirthan river flows throughout the complete length of Tirthan valley and originates from the Hanskund peak, the place is also called Tirth. The famous Himalayan Trout fish is also found in the cold Icy water of Tirthan river. There are lots of activities you can enjoy in Tirthan valley such as Birds watching, river side camping, cultural tourism, treking, cycling and wild life watching. You can also take fresh Apples in moonson season, Apple juice, fruit extract, Jams and Murabbas. Gushaini is Nature lover's paradise on earth.
